Making Podcasts
After creating a podcast in class, I can see how it could be a lot of fun for my students. It requires a lot of creativity to make a podcast interesting. The tools are fun to manipulate in creating the podcast. I could see my students using this to create newsflash type podcasts about the concepts in art. Students could also use the podcast to describe a piece of art that the listener will try to draw. I think podcasts could be a useful tool in the art room.

I could see using podcasts for the purposes you've mentioned also. I'm finding more and more uses for podcasts in the classroom!
ReplyDeleteI like that idea of describing the art to be created. You could have the kids create a podcast and then have them pick on or two to try and follow and see what you get out of them. Or if you are in a time crunch you could create the podcast even and have all of your kids draw from the same podcast and see how different they are!
